well it is old data but unless salaries increased 100% it'd be hard to argue that the pay isnt justified. and it's not like the family uses this company as their atm.... they take fair pay and are large shareholders and are rewarded through the performance of the company.

Key man insurance is a common company expense.

As to the rest of the family members being on the payroll, I think they're doing a great job increasing sales as they have over the years.

However, having current sales and administrative compensation would be in order.
