I have researched the technology over the last week, and tried to compare Enigma to a company like Fireeye. What I can't get past is why IBM would have let this technology go, or why it has taken so long to get financing together for this deal. Especially considering the product has been complete for over 5 years. If this is that big of a deal, why is it not trading at $5 already?
