Many questions go unanswered but if we had the answers so would the world of sabotage...I think certain techs take time and when a group is taking over a public company it isn't being done for giggles and laughs. Do you think IBM just dropped the ball? I guess we have patience and accumulate and wait until financing is announced. This financing will likely bring on an entire group of new investors at much higher share prices. jmo

The enigma technology was given to IBM labs to evaluate and after 10 months concluded that it would revolutionize the computer security industry, that is a documented fact. It was never offered to IBM, it was a project for IBM labs.

As far as financing, there have been many that would finance this project but would also take control of it at the same time, that is not going to happen. The 'shark tank' attitude is a deal breaker and the terms are very specific, there is no negotiation in the terms. Grass roots investors are the most important, they need to be long term developers, far beyond the simple smart phone application, they get the largest share and have the most to gain. Just because someone invested in Apple in the early days does not mean they get to throw their weight around with this company.

No other company has the ability to "live audit", not McAfee, Norton, Fire-eye or any other after-the-fact security programs. This programming is revolutionary and does not have a date code on it, it will not become obsolete, it will be built with the right people.
