Assuming? Didn't they just put out news that demonstrated forward movement on the business front?
Or is an agreement to mass produce with the Viet Nam government still a lab development?

Is there a difference between a lab development and a business development when the lab is part of the business?

Do you think the news letter in a few days is going to contain no news? Wouldn't that just be a letter?

I don't understand the need for a daily PR to show forward progress.
KBLB had nothing.
Then they had MS>BR>DS

They has a university classroom.
Then A lab>pilot facility>Production facility(in progress)

What is it that is required of a company to show forward progress?

Given the complete void surrounding any activities outside the lab, one can only assume there's nothing to report.

What Void? The one where they don't tell every move they make? There is no void. This company IS a lab. Every lab development IS a business development.

Even in mass production the company will be a lab.
