"In 9 years Kim has made $2.5m selling his shares. An average income of about $250k a year."

no..actually upon further review, kim has sold closer to 70 mil of his stash of shares..at around 4.5 cents a share, that's over $3mil...or $335k a year over a 9 year period..although I think hes sold the bulk of it over the last 4-5 yrs..so its actually more like $600k a year..

this is in addition to his salary which this year is around $300k..

much is made over kim not taking a salary...he claims to be owed $838k in accrued salary...that is about 2 1/2 yrs worth...so he is indeed paying himself quite a bit regardless of how much he is owed...and he clearly is saying he is still owed that money..

not to mention health benefits, cars etc..

add it all up and kim is paying himself quite a healthy sum of money...

"So i guess he made it an otc stock so he could earn a below average income for a public CEO?"

clearly that isn't the case..lol

"If you subtract HIS orignal investment from that i guess he went to the OTC to break even?"

kim has paid himself handsomely thru the various sources available to him..

salary, selling free shares, 6% yearly pay raises, 20% yearly bonuses etc..

how many shareholders do you think get automatic 6% pay raises and 20% bonuses?...in addition to overall compensation approaching $1m a year?..

and in return shareholders have gotten what?...and lets not confuse what fraser has accomplished...I have no idea what he is paid but I suspect he is worth every penny...I mean specifically kim...
