There is one other item that makes we wonder( maybe I am looking to deep, but)is even though he makes reference to a completed institutional financing, how do we know if the amount was the same as in the anticipated closing statement-- was it less? Can't be sure unless stated in a PR or an SEC filing. "Following our recently completed institutional equity financing",
