Great point.
A term like "well positioned" re:when Phase 2 will begin is exactly the kind of nebulous and ambiguous usage of language which defines Wotton.
This to me says that in actuality he really has no clue as to when Phase 2 will begin but believes that he has to say something to appease shareholders and/or string them along some more.
The rest of what you quoted after the words "well positioned" with the word "dedicated" thrown in is all very nice but to the trained eye and one who thinks it through it is essentially a statement of optimistic intent only.
As I said before, one of the issues for me is how much deep inside Wotton really believes what he says(which some feel could be bordering on delusion) and how much of what he says in to simply string along shareholders for self-serving reasons(including hopefully to vote for those options on the proxy for example)with the realistic expectation/knowledge that the odds of this company succeeding are solidly negative.
ps I would actually have more respect for him if he said "I don't have a freaking clue as to when Phase 2 will begin-your guess is as good as mine;we will do it if and when we can-if that is not good enough for you, then well ts, I suggest you sell and move on to some other investment." lol
