Gates, sorry I don't agree, I know there must be progress notes which can be shared with investors, this is not an all or nothing process, keeping investors informed supports pps which ultimately minimizes future dilution

while I understand it is a fine line to walk, particularly in light of multiple NDA agreements, investors still need to be kept somewhat informed even is specifics cannot always be provided

I can't even recall when investors last received a comprehensive open letter so I think it is fair to say one is way overdue now
