WOW! Read This:

I did some research into Tarpon's selling of its shares that it receives from the company and I came up with following. It seems to follow a trend. First here's from the Q1:

The Company distributed three tranches of shares to Tarpon Bay between September 3 and December 31, 2014 in the
amounts of 3,408,000, 4,954,000 and 5,444,000 on October 28, 2014, December 2, 2014 and December 22, 2014. In
addition Tarpon Bay began to sell their shares and distribute the net proceeds as directed by the Agreement.
During the quarter ended March 31 2015 the company issued addition shares to Tarpon Bay as per the Agreement.
Six additional tranches of shares were issued as follows, January 9, 2015 5,450,000 shares, January 29, 2015 6,581,000
shares, February 18, 2015 3,197,000 shares, March 2, 2015 3,997,000 shares, March 11, 2015 5,000,000 shares and on
March 30, 2015 5,376,000 shares for a total of 29,601,000 additional shares issued bringing the total number of shares
issued to Tarpon Bay 43,407,000 shares.

Now if you look at the chart (I looked on Yahoo for a detailed daily chart for the previous 6 months), you will see that the day they received the tranche of shares, the following day the stock fell considerably. The selling continued for a few days until they were done selling and then preceded to head back up until the next tranche of shares were given to them. They seem to receive shares every 10-12 days but some times there was more time in between so its hard to know how often(but definitely not more than 3 times a month/3-6 million shares each time).Take a look on Jan 9,Jan 29,Feb 18,March 2 and you'll see exactly what I mean. The exact day they received shares was followed by a downturn for several days before spiking upwards once again.

So if I'm correct and I believe ZLM pointed this out already, if Tarpon just received those shares prior to last Friday the days of selling should be coming to an end very soon (if today wasn't the last day). It is possible that they still have old shares they haven't sold yet but I believe they generally get rid of their shares pretty quickly and the selling by VNDM (their seller) over the last few days has been tense enough to support the fact that they are just about done(at least for the time being).

That being said we should be seeing a spike in the pps over the next few days, especially since the volume is much higher than it was back in January. With the increased interest and much higher volume we could see it surpass .10 very soon!
Looking forward!
