Thank you for your research, just_need_to_say one thing. FWIW, please refer to my post #8511. When I spoke with Armen last Wednesday, he did say that Tarpon is not an aggressive seller and there are days when the allowable 20% of daily volume has not been sold. So as you said, it is possible they may be hanging on to old shares. But that was the day before the recent fireworks began so things certainly could have changed.

I'm expecting (hoping) news will be coming soon updating the status of Tarpon debt reduction. You, along with others, have written to me about calling Armen again. Last week was my first call and I had suggested others give him a call as well. He is accessible. ZLM has spoken with him quite a few times and mentioned that he would be calling him soon.

msnj, This is one of the best pieces of dd I have read on the board in the last 6 months. There is clearly a pattern and controlled nature to this debt reduction ( I call it debt reduction where others may call it dilution ) Thanks for taking the time to go through the filings and figure this out for all of us. Great analysis. Question for you: technically next week is the "second week of July", do you think they release financials?

Why wouldn't they wait till there is a higher price per share? At what price did the get the shares? any knowledge about it?

If there's a PR coming soon, why wouldn't they sell into the news? I'm missing something and hope another poster might tell me before I buy some shares.
