Same as Roche and FMI.However there is the matter of how the transaction is done as per Dew.
In this case the money is all going to the company Juno 100%. Not so with FMI and yet look at what happened to FMI post conclusion date.
Roche was also buying in FMI IP but the way they did it at least supported the pps for a while.
