Per his last email to me, Brent is still working on things. And there is Still a long way to go for STOA. Sure We can judge the first 7 months Brent has been CEO- nothing wrong with that.

Filings up to date
Toxic debt of the books
PPS @ .0002 after mention of R/S and uncertainty of how he will close the 8k'd deals in a favorable way for current shareholders.

However, Brent is not done yet- still lots left to go:

A/S needs to be reduced
Size of R/S needs to be reveled
Ad2 deal needs to be finalized
TRC deal needs to be finalized
51% strategic share purchase needs clarification.
