We have been trying to tell Tweed investors that Dispensaries were all the Rage, I have continued to say to Tweed investors Municipalities would be regulating Dispensaries by the fall, and I also said Tweed and the LP's will lose all revenue of Extracts to Dispensaries, I have been 100% right. Health Canada can't fight the Compassion Clubs, without support from the courts, but have none.

In order for Tamarack Dispensary to meet the lawful requirement they would need a permit issued by Health Canada to run a medical marijuana dispensary. The medical use of cannabis is prohibited, unless it is done through Health Canada. Health Canada’s program does not allow for the existence of dispensaries.

Kimberley city council’s bold move to not wait for Health Canada approval is the first such decision made by a local government in Canada.

Tweed investors need to realize "This "sector" is ridiculously over valued" and because of HC regulations requiring all money and build outs up front before being issued a license and even before the legalities of Medical Cannabis have been ruled on, the sector will be bankrupt by next year, SORRY LONG's
Tweed investors need to GET OUT !!!!!
