First Amended Summons

05/07/2015 9:00 AM - Ms. Elshinawy stated she filed an Amended Complaint; however, she has had issue serving Shawn Irvine and inquired whether Mr. Takos would be representing Mr. Irvine or whether he had an address for Mr. Irvine. Mr. Takos stated he already discussed this matter with Ms. Elshinawy and argued that it was inappropriate to raise this issue.

I believe a summons (in regards to the amended complaint by shareholders) was issued for Exobox sole officer & director Shaun Irvine on April 8th. Yet as of June 17th, I don't believe Shaun Irvine has been found (or served).

How can that be? Isn't Shaun Irvine the sole officer & director and CEO and CFO and President of Exobox? Isn't the address 1770 Ximeno Avenue #104, Long Beach, CA 90804 or 3030 S. Jones Boulevard, Suite 101, Las Vegas, NV 89146 anymore?



I don't understand how the sole officer & director of Exobox can try and serve all these shareholders yet it seems to me that Shaun Irvine is nowhere to be found.

Who exactly is running the company here ??????

Maybe he rented a room on top of a garage that belongs to someone we all know in Pensacola.





Hang in there shareholders !!! There's still a long road ahead.

Anyone who thinks that these people are simply going to lie down and give up may be sadly mistaken.

Shareholders MUST continue pounding away until all the discovery and depositions are finished !!!!!!
