Mr. Takos advised they have an affidavit from the transfer agent and argued in support of the motion contending Defendant has series D stock converted into common stock of 5 million shares. Ms. Williamson argued in opposition that whether or not series D stock was issued properly is an issue of material fact and further argued in opposition.
