We dont know what the current financials look like and similarly, we also don't know what the company may have in the pipeline in terms of revenue production......forward-looking statements might better inform us of that.

I think current shareholders should be the benefactors of whatever may be in that pipeline.

I have no information on the auditors other than what was presented on the financials. But regardless of the accounting, the tax loss carryforwards will be applicable against any current or future profits for First American Scientific Corporation. That asset would likely be lost in a company changeover.
