Mind Solutions Completes Software And Packaging For NeuroSync - BCI

SAN DIEGO, June 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Mind Solutions, Inc. (OTC-VOIS), has completed the instructional software and the packaging for the launch of NeuroSync, the world's smallest BCI (Brain-Computer-Interface) device. With the release of NeuroSync rapidly approaching, the Company now is close for the delivery of the product to customers who have pre-ordered the device. The general public will be allowed to begin placing pre-orders through the Company's website starting July 15th, with the delivery of the product expected by the end of July.

The Company's primary distribution will be via Amazon.com throughout the U.S.A. and India, which the Company has previously announced details on. This distribution will begin once the product is received from the manufacturer in late July. The Company has also received Distribution Agreements for Europe and Asia, which are being negotiated to address the exclusivity clause in return for minimum quantity commitments.

The Company has recently resolved to increase the authorized shares. These are shares that are not issued and outstanding but available for future use if needed. The decision was necessary due to the fact that close to half of our current authorized shares are held in reserve by previous financing terms and cannot be utilized or issued as a result. The Company has no plans to reverse split the stock and believes that increasing the authorized shares was the best option.
