PTSC precedence win was PRIOR to TPL chapter 11 reorgplan confirmed by Judge Johnson. This may NOW change the view from a new jury and confirmes that the Apple license WAS a real one time firesale.

The precendence ruling was based on infringement. PTSC was NOT found to be a patent troll.

The case against the NDOC 7 (Samsung, B&N, Nintendo, ZTE, LG, Novatel, Huawei) may NOW lead to come back to much higher $ amounts, because no more fires sales by Alliacense (fired by PDS a few weeks ago) and Leckrone were accepted by PDS with the new third member.

The above parts are either facts or evidences.

IMO, Kessler (KD) will be another win against the NDOC 7, plus Dominion is active working. I do expect some license announcements pretty soon after Judge Chiabbras final KD ruling. This part is just my opinion. IMO
