R shares can come from several sources but always are dilutive at some point of award, exercise, or vesting as awards. It does mean no cash outlay much to SP benefit. What's occurred is the packaging patents granting no longer pending have great possible future values and one small funding source shows interest. But a basic pink OTC sub- cent share funded by an OTC 11 cent share is not 7th heaven investment wise. What happed was , "The corpse moved!" Now check the hillside for torches and pitchforks. 8
