Epic is making the claim not Thcz according to your link. In cases like this the manufacturer would tell the distributor not to make such claims or risk losing right is distribution. But the question is did Thcz get a warning such as this. That's what is important their are lots of hemp products on the market. They don't have medical claims on them. If Thcz doesn't make such claims on their product label it should be fine.
