Heres the problem with your break out idea...nbri has way to much debt waiting to convert....your talking over 1 million in debt plus...now if there was like 60K left i think you might be right nbri could bounce with a new story line and some cheering......with so much debt ready to convert each week your talking 50-60 million new shares hit the market and demand for the shares are pretty much dead....now heres where all the so called volume is coming from...MMs short and buy it back to create a illusion there is interest...and my guess the VCs short the poop out of this because they no they can drill the bid and cover the shorts and make money....shorting in nbri is rampant
