It will certainly be posted on the Pacer.gov website, that requires an account to access (easy to set up but you need to give a credit card and there are modest charges ($.10 a page for most downloads)). Possibly one of the various patent law blogs might be following the case and might provide a link. I will likely download it if and when I notice it has been filed and will be willing to share.
