I do not remember who indicated that the transfer agent was gagged. However, I just called them (800-785-7782) and they told me that as of today the AS is 700M, the OS is 248M+ of which 179M+ of those are restricted. I asked if they could tell me when the 179M restricted were issued (as it takes 1 year to become fully tradeable) they said it would take some time to do that. However when I asked what the restricted was as of 1/1/15 they said it was 15M+. That says that almost 90% of the restricted are not going to be tradeable until at least the end of 2015.
