I'll confirm those numbers as of 20-May. As for the rest of the post:

I asked if they could tell me when the 179M restricted were issued (as it takes 1 year to become fully tradeable) they said it would take some time to do that. However when I asked what the restricted was as of 1/1/15 they said it was 15M+.

I asked them back in April:

Can you tell me what the O/S count was on 31-Aug-14? Also the O/S count on 01-Dec-14?

Another way of getting at how much was issued, and restricted compared to the Apr figure they had just given.

Their response was:

We provide current share structure information, for any additional information or past share structure information, please contact the company directly.

When I remarked that was a shame, they reinforced their reply with:

Thank you, I do understand, however it is our policy to only provide current information. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.

Thus, they state to me they have a policy of releasing only current stock information. Yet, they are going to search, and tell you information about the stock structure of the past. Uh huh. So what was the name of the TA contact you corresponded with?
