An RS here would mean a shake of all " loyal SH" , that most likely would have to be accompanied by a new " business model" ( sales pitch) . It can be done, for sure. Just double the AS , do away with mining or diamonds and find the new latest / hottest trend to cloak the symbol in, and repeat the same action for another 5 years or so. Only problem is having an OS over 3 B makes it dificult to find the type of " loyals " they have enjoyed. Why are loyals important? Because they don't sell, and that keeps the share price much more elevated than flippers soup and there is a built in advocacy for the symbol. .That elevated SP allows for easier out of the market wholesales of large share amounts. That IS what SNEY does, so , why not?!
