Don't be surprised if they just don't increase the authorized shares by a few billion. I've seen another company do this for 20 years and still getting away with it and has almost 15 billion shares now. It amazes me how long frauds can exist. There seems an endless supply of people to buy dreams and a weak regulatory system that allows it to continue. Criminals will continue selling paper because the chance of being caught is slim and I guess they find it easier than working for money.
