thats what ive been thinking...but that could be quite a while...i dont know why he doesnt just get the s-1 done and move on...

the only problem is, when the s-1 becomes effective, he is expected to talk, which is a bad thing if hes got nothing to say...without the ability to mass produce, you are nowhere...and im not convinced that ms is at the point where mass production is even feasable...

on the other hand if kim is selling the company, he really wouldnt care about the s-1 at all...it would just be a good excuse to buy time and not have to say anything...

but the sale price in my opinion would be about 7 cents at the most...any more than that would be a gift...
