If you are in negotiations, then you do not have to be quiet....unless of course you agree to. If DD is that concerned, then I do not want them buying us out. I say that because if you are going to sell KBLB at a minimum of $3, then there is no need to require silence, when we are talking about a .05 stock. Specifically put in the terms prior to negotiations that you require to update shareholders as YOU deem necessary. That is how it works. Both parties submit preliminary terms. If all is agreed on in principle from there, then you move on to negotiating details.

Everyone doesn't have to be convinced that DD or that someone else will buy KBLB out. I happen to agree.... that DD is interested. Even without the history looking for what we have, fibers are part of DD's business.
