Are there any indications there is disappointment there?

That's one place to look but then i'm not the SEC....

That may be sufficient enough but something tells me that the SEC isn't going to write a letter to UND asking how comfortable they are with KBLB's accounting....

They're going to use their own guidelines to form a conclusion....

Maybe KBLB discloses to the SEC more than is in the S-1/A....

To the SEC's satisfaction....

Then again, maybe not.

Either way, we have no way of knowing.

Placing a mountain of posts atop this one doesn't make the issue disappear.
