Cee-it, you might as well see me in 200 years. Bacteria will never be a platform for long chain proteins. They actually know a great deal about proteins. Short a new major discovery in the protein world....it won't happen. It is simply wishful thinking. I don't think you will ever be able to do the work necessary to understand the limits Mike outlined. I am not saying you are lazy, I am simply saying it isn't possible. You can't get there from here. You can say that you can get there, but it comes off as ignorance. The limits are well known. Sure this is why the word "breakthrough" exists, but there is no use speculating on things that don't exist, especially when you have zero evidence of alternative platforms.
