Jacapo, something is definitely going on here that requires further clarification. My impression...and I could be wrong...is that NDR stepped in for Metwood. They only needed a warm body anyway. Metwood was virtually useless otherwise.

It makes sense that NDR and UBRG are one company. NDR is the money maker and it may lead to more potential for profits. Although we don't know what NDRs financials look like. Could be interesting IMO.

The increase in the AS is to bring in future investment. I am not surprised at all. It's not a welcome thing IMO but what else are they going to do. My thought is Greenwood Financial is going to convert into those shares. When they purchased the notes there was no place to go. Not sure what the value is in terms of shares they will own once that happens.

If Ali makes money I am good with whatever else he is doing. Get the filings in on time and report some profits. The pps will increase as a result.
