They show an intent to file in the 8K, which you can be sure they will. It looks as though V. Guest may be CEO of UBRG/NDR. I guess they felt 2 CEO's wasn't necessary, since only one company brings in revenues from actual distribution of tangible product. I'm pretty sure that's the case and sounds efficient anyway. The A/S might be cause for concern. Why would they feel that they need that much?
