My speculation is that whoever sold 20 Million at 4 has lost money (due to panic). Most of it got bought by Short Sellers to cover their short position from 6s and 7s, and they again made money! Too bad there is always people that sell with a loss. They don't know about EFLN: however poor the Management is, at least they don't sell their own stock, because they don't want to get in trouble with OTC and the Law. I came to form this opinion by owning this stock since 2010.
All IMO, of course.
It is time again to go up from here! Go EFLN!
