17M x 16M now. Too many weak hands here: who bought the shares at 0.0008 ~ 0.0009 just a couple of weeks ago then dumped all at 0.0004 ~ 0.0005! Which is why EFLN could not go up to 0.0016 again! Once the majority of floating shares are transferred to the strong hands or long-term investors then we shall see 0.0016 easily!
