Guys as you can see in that 8K report they hired mr Harris as COO of the junk company...They increased the A/S for a value of 0.0001 per share...They want to give up with the Kentucky coal Company(sell or otherwise)...The Company is a PN now instead PK meaning they don't need to report...Instead of going foward this junk is going backwards...How Bad could be a CEO/CFO to put this company in a really bad position?...Well this is the result of how greed Ali's Gang have been...Let's keep the price at 0.0001 and they will not get what they want,take free money from shareholders....There is no hope for this junk company...the wind took away the promises and dreams ...PERIOD
