ICE, they were restructuring. Filings will come. I told you I talked to Guest last year and he was out of the country but when I asked where filings were he said to talk to Ali and they were doing restructuring.
Not a good reason NOT to file IMO but they are getting their act together IMO. Wish I had some extra money to buy here. Would no doubt make it back as more news is released.
