i've been documenting PTOI's trading data since early into Q1 >> 2010

there isn't anything market manipulators haven't done re: the stock ..

i stand by what i've noted in my Historical posts since b4 October's *volume*

i truly do understand .. that what i see isn't *visible* to most .. imo it will be

as i've noted a few x .. my expectation is P2O issues an LOI or a DA
re: 2nd buyer ..it can come literally at any time imo

and while 2nd buyer will be *treated* by market manipulators as ECO was

what CANT be ignored to suit are monies transferred from buyer/s to seller (P2O)

what also will reveal P2O's intent re: *future* is whether RH seats an indy BoD or not

that too will be a *signal* .. that CANT be misinterpreted

for those new eyes .. CANT was utilized for *threshold triggered* on PTOI for the *2nd* time >> 10 days in June 2012

suspect *partial* % cover SOLD by certain *money men* mere days b4 dolt's (SEC) settlement in Jan 2013

there are no coincidences here

entities utilizing the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation .. are used to retail *selling first* and asking ?s second

it's been a *dilemma* since early 2010 >> due to who owned PTOI certs >> after initial *money cycle orchestrated UP* in Dec 2009

handoff re: cycle DOWN didn't gain any traction till May 2010 ..
but the irony is that *traction* wasn't because actual *PTOI shares* were accessed .. and so it has gone
for 5+ years ..

that is why %s matter .. ;)

btw >> i also have zero doubts *record setting volume* >> that will replace April 2011's (still current 8M+ record set up volume) ..

comes to pass in 2015 ..
