Do you know why Jerry Jones did not appeal his penalty for cap violations when during the lockout there was no cap that year? The same reason Dan Snyder didn't - there was no way they could win even though they broke no rules.

There is no history of any franchisee appealing a ruling on a team within the league. The only one to take it outside was Al Davis who became a pariah. Now stop talking things that appear you are unable to understand
