We have been raving about Mr. KLUG and we believe he is key to IDNG's success…Here is an example of why:

* in 2001, OMNI (nasdaq) company was performing poorly, stock price was "depressed" and the company was facing possible delisting from Nasdaq.

*WHO did OMNI called upon to get the company out of this dire circumstances: KLUG!

*KLUG and Eckert were hired to resuscitate OMNI from its financial ruin to running successfully as a legitimate company once again. That's exactly what they did.

Folks, that tell you a lot about KLUG's ability and confidence to work for FREE knowing and believing in his ability to get failing company from delisting to success once again!!! That speaks for itself. He is a man with experience, knowledge and understanding of how to run a ruin company to success. And He intend to do that with IDNG!!!!

Similarly with OMNI, KLUG is not getting any compensation for his CFO position with IDNG at this time. Just as he got OMNI from death bed to living again, KLUG intend to do that with IDNG. He has lot invested in IDNG doing well as his own company!

Folks, If 10K does not come out today, it WILL come out on MONDAY. Today will be the last day to get cheap shares. Going forward, you will not be seeing this cheap shares.
