GLPG up-upsized offering, 6.55mn new shares (was 6nm)

In accordance with Rule 462(b) promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, an additional amount of securities having a proposed maximum offering price of no more than 20% of the maximum aggregate offering price of the securities eligible to be sold under the related Registration Statement on Form F-1, as amended (File No. 333-203435), is hereby registered.

and not only that, they've set the parameters to in total USD 275mn from
- 5mn ADS at USD 42.05
- 1.53mn ordinary shares at EUR 37 (i.e. reflecting EUR 56.61mn in private placement, of this USD 55mn known to be the amounts Abbvie and J&J were interested in)

further:
The closings of the ADS offering and the concurrent private placement are conditioned on each other, and are expected to occur on May 19.
