"NEWS"--like SUTIMCO "acquiring" a couple more HEMPSTER domains? Here's a reminder of that momentous news-->>

The Company signed an acquisition agreement with www.hempster.club and www.hempster.rocks . These new concepts Social Networks and Phone Apps, once developed, will enhance the communication and information gathering, sharing and dissemination among its members, users and supply chain vendors. The Company plans to launch these for Q3 and Q4 2015. The Company paid 150 million in free trading 144 common stock shares and 100 million in restricted 144 stock

Man that worked out swell for shareholders didn't it? Those two $10 names were "privately" (i.e. anonymously) registered within minutes of several other versions by EDDIE VAKSER aka PROTEK CAPITAL at his home address (Private registration costs $2 more per domain. Imo he didn't opt for secrecy on the others until he intended to sell them as well).

Coincidence? No...SCAM!!!!!

The HEMPSTER name and logo has been trademarked by a company (American Seed Oil OTCPK: ALGA).

ALGA is run by STEVEN RASH --an officer who worked for Eddie at his SEC revoked ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL. Rash was forced to sue Eddie, Scott, Angie and their various companies for $800k in unpaid compensation. So Eddie unjustly enriched himself by swapping $20 worth of HEMPSTER domain names he was cybersquatting for "150 million in free trading 144 common SUTI stock shares and 100 million in restricted 144 SUTI stock." In the process he was also able to also jack with, or possibly barter or attempt to extort shares from, his former nemesis Steven Rash.

Btw: Old scammer Phillip Verges also registered a HEMPSTER domain back on June 12, 2014. Imo Eddie probably got the idea from him. VERGES was former CEO of PRPM. He is currently the proud owner of the HEMPSTER.US DOMAIN.
