Prior to Eddie Vakser suddenly taking over, PRPM was owned/ managed by:

Owen Dukes (CLDZ, IJJP, PRPM, TDEY) --and--
Robert Zysblat (PRPM, TDEY)
Check this PRPM filing (page 4) signed 9-29-14 by Luther Jeffries. You'll see Dukes & Zysblat listed. You'll also see Phillip Verges. Verges was temporary CEO of PRPM before Vakser took over.

What's should be concerning to all is that

VERGES is currently owner of the HEMPSTER.US DOMAIN. This domain was registered by him on June 12, 2014 at 16:01:32 GMT.

It is registered to HIM... with the address identified as being a $1.7 million house in Frisco, TX http://www.whois.com/whois/hempster.us
