I see your technical points; however, I stop trusting those as it fails me miserably in the past. Too many factors can have an affect on the RSI/MACD/MA territories. Micro/Maco economical and political, Large Market/indexes can change those in an instinct.

Zillow ----fundamentally is overvalue. It is def not worth 5.43B current valuation. Recently, we have observed big drops in FB, TWTR, YELP, GOOG, LNKD, etc. just makes realize that a correction is coming for Zillow. Especially with the slow estate recovery numbers in play. Seems like Zillow needs to come back down to earth in the $80 valuation where there are support in that base.
