Very true, I just took a macro Econ class that ends this week and have gotten a glimpse of how stocks can be affected, it's quite interesting and eye opening unfortunately. Has caused me to look at how I trade and make adjustments.. I do believe at some price it will reverse sharply however I don't know that number.. Haha
net assets less liab excluding goodwill/intangibles is about $250 mil / 58 mil shares is like $5.....plus that goodwill/intangibles generates a loss of $100mil +.......
they said they are a couple quarters behind even though they closed deal on time and restructuring charges probably be higher then anyone expects.....
lastly they said they could have 100 mil in synergies with merger but even if that is realized in 2016/2017 they will still lose money on a go forward basis and lose more money til then......just don't see the future potential to justify $5.5 bil value
