Like I said before. This is nowhere near a lifestyle stock. The people who started this and are involved were multi millionaires before all this. These people have the credentials to work anywhere for twice what they are being paid by NNVC including Meeta Vyas.
So they all wasted their time (10 years) collecting a quarter of the salaries and bonuses they could have got elsewhere? Yeah that makes sense! I've also seen people spouting that they are selling shares to supplement their income. Wrong! There is no report on them selling shares, only buying.
No! Diwan did not make one red cent on the new facility. He used his own money to build it and got only what he spent back. Another example of just how much money these people had before NNVC (millions). The only way they make 100,s of million or billions is by the success of NNVC. The failure reaps them nothing, in fact they would lose tens of millions with all the lost revenue they could have generated elsewhere for 10 - 15 years.
Meeta Vyas was making 7 figures including bonuses in her previous jobs. So now she has dropped all that to swindle 200K from investors? OK then!
Glick, Boniuk and Kulkarni's combined net worth is over 1.3 Billion dollars! So they joined the board without any knowledge of the science to help Seymour and Diwan pull off this scam to make a few million dollars? Once again Yeah OK, that makes sense.
Milton Boniuk is giving millions away. He could have given it to Seymour and Diwan...Rice University has received a $28.5 million gift from Houston philanthropists Dr. Milton and Laurie Boniuk to establish an institute that promotes religious tolerance.
The board does not care at all what the current stock price is. Why would they? They have enough funds to get to the stage they need (Flucide Tox, Licensing Herpecide cream) whether the stock is worth 1 dollar 0.50 cents or 0.10 cents. Doesn't make a hill of beans of a difference.
Anyone shorting or trading this stock isn't making any serios money. Chump change. The stock only trades 300K per day. Sheesh. Minor league!
