The 250 certs or (250 million shares) will have to be bought out of the Development SS of which considering the holdings of 217 Million of the 500 million left here in Company control. Would give you your 263 Million and 86 Million in money respectively. Leaving 250 Million NPT here to merge with 250 Million Encounter Tech Inc/PTEL/NPT side.
