where if there is 707 Million Encounter shares being already held with a base price of .01 with 750 Million needed then there would be only. 43 million needed (old share ss).

Meaning a 90/10 split of Encounter and Encounter Development which would leave the 43 Million Encounter (old share ss) at about $1 to start clearing to establish price.

Once cleared then Encounter Development would R/S and the 3:1 would be released... 250 million of it being NPT to merger into the Development SS NPT at about $2.

That would require a D though and certain SS would be locked out..imo until the merger is complete
