One of the first things taught in school ... It is even true that the defendents have a right to fight the charges against them.

It is believed that the mountain of evidence is so overwhelming why would they. Gues that is what good legal representation does for the charged. And the defense legal team is so good The SEC has to bring in a BIG GUN attorney to hopefully close the deal. I don't think so ......
