As for teco itself they are no match to SEC and with all current lawsuits and with TESARK's background of failures in S-A-T, he proves to be unsuccesful in his endeavours. I predict teco will be his next

The only money available will be disgorgements, keep in mind old management most probably still have lots of shares and still have an influence on Tesarski. This could explain why TesRski did not file 10k s and 8ks and let Treaty slide in the greys and to sub-sub pennies
