Kevin Kriesler is the key person here. From the last DD writeup ( Link Here - http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=111454411 ),

we know he is linked to PVSP via Noveda Technologies and via the Flux Carbon Starter Fund, LLC.

After Researching the people associated with Kriesler, one name kept popping up alongside him.
Kriesler is the CEO of GS Enviroservices
(GSEN) as well as
GreenShift Corp (GERN).
Kriesler only became CEO of GSEN on February 22nd, 2015.
Prior to this, GSEN CEO was Jeffery Hickman.

This is the same Jeffrey Hickman that is tied into Noveda. Both Hickman and Kriesler are linked to Noveda via a project they did together:

Observe under Noveda that they both were team members on the project. Also, look at the "People Also View" section in his LinkedIn profile , notice the names, they are all connected. All are naturalist, conservationists, tied in together from previous business dealings: Hickman, Kreisler, Hughes, Buttles & of course Mary Carroll.


After further research on all the names associated with Kreisler. One that stands out most to me is Hickman. This Hickman and Kreisler connection is well established from their past business ventures together.

According to LinkedIn, Hickman is a resident of Denver, Colorado. A quick search of Colorado SOS revealed the following entities Hickman is CEO of most notably AMULET LABS!:

Seems like one of Kriesler's key associate is in the MJ industry in Colorado! And it's not coincidence that he happened to step down as CEO of GSEN at about the same time Canalytix deal was announced by Paul Riss (Mid February). The clues are there, the dots seem to connect. If and How they will be connected will be for us to find out at any moment. Paul Riss has stated that PVSP will have MULTIPLE acquisitions lined up.

They entered the MJ/HEMP industry with the acquisition of Canalytix (through which Hickman and Kreisler are linked via Noveda Tech.)

So there you have it. THE PVSP train is headed towards the MJ/HEMP fields! The DD is irrefutable.
Amulet Labs Colorado Is Just The Beginning, bigger things seem to be in the works. These are some big names that are involved. BTW, Hickman is linked to so many venture capitalist. Google him. WOW
